Best Marine uses 3M Scotchlite Reflective fabric on its range of hi-viz garments. Scotchlite fabric meets and exceeds the highest category of E.P.P. (Effective Photometric Performance) as defined in the EN standards. With this we are confident that the wearer will have the best chance of being seen at night, or in conditions of poor visibility. At many ports worldwide, like Jeddah and Rotterdam, it is now compulsary that people wear safety (Hi-vis) jackets on the jetty. These jackets can be provided by Best Marine in Bombay and Delhi to seafarers prior them joining ship.

These products are specifically designed for reflectorizing SOLAS life support equipment such as life vests, jackets, inflatables and rafts. 3M™ Scotchlite™ Reflective Material - SOLAS Grade 6750-I and 3M™ Scotchlite™ Reflective Material - SOLAS Grade 3150-A conform to the International Maritime Organization regulations and meet U.S. Coast Guard specifications for reflectivity.It is difficult to identify survivors in the endless span of open water. And they become even more difficult to spot after dark. The high reflectivity of SOLAS Grade products allows for enhanced visibility 24 hours a day, in all kinds of weather.
